12 month membership, One Off Payment of £359.99 -Equivalent to £29.99 per month Includes Classes . Please be aware that this membership is Non-Refundable under any circumstances - Includes our  IGNITE12 Program which is  a workout plan for 12 weeks - We will have an initial 15 minute consultation with you to assess and gain an understanding of your goals (Goalset) - This will be taken account and a tailored plan will be produced to help you achieve those goals .This will be provided and delivered to you within 7 days at an in club Meeting (Deliver) -After 6 weeks we will have another meeting with you to  assess your progress and adjust your program if necessary-(Assess) At the end of the 12 weeks you can then decide if you need further coaching and if so you will need to engage with one of our PT's - This would be a paid for service .There is a one off Joining Fee of £20
